I'm not happy at all with this company. I ordered a pair of sweat pants on Dec. 7 and I have yet to receive them. ASOS keeps changing the delivery date. This is totally unacceptable! No one is available to help me! What a scam, what a sham!

Before I purchased an item I tried to find out the return policy; it appeared to be clear. There was no mention of having to pay for returns. When I sent back the item, over $5 was deducted from credit. As a result, the credit was less than the purchase price. I tried to contact ASOS but could not find a phone number. I tried by email, that also did not work. The chat was not available.
I definitely would not recommend this site. I like to deal with reputable companies that can be reached in case of a problem. With this company it is impossible. Unless you are 100% sure that you will like the product, try to shop somewhere else.

Purchased 4 items from ASOS late last year and 2 pairs of jeans were the wrong sizes, downloaded the return order paperwork and sent it within the time frame.
Took it to local POST OFFICE where it was scanned and received ,thought nothing more of it.

I have been waring two weeks for a refund on merchandise i sent back. This ASO place is kind of scaring me. I usually order only from either Chicos or Macys and have never had problems with refunds.

ASOS pretends to be a legit shop but it just scams you with fake clothes, wrong sizes, wrong orders, wrong colours, poor quality, rip off junk. And if you think you can return it, this is also a scam. Way too many people have stories of their ASOS rip off. I think the corporate strategy is just steal from 10% of customers, 100% margin
I agree with Derek! Google reviews there are way too many stories. Same thing happened to me. They sent me the wrong dress, then a defective ones, then the expedited shipping I paid for still had the dress show up late and then they claim they never received back the wrong dress I returned. Too many stories of this for it not to be fake, UPS doesn't lose that many packages so either their warehouse is purposely losing them or suck at their job. Don't risk it! Shop elsewhere!
No it's not safe. Yes, sometimes it is, but overall it is risky, and don't invest your money. They will not refund returned items...that alone is very shady. Be careful, protect yourself and only deal with well known respectable companies.
ASOS online is Fraud. My invoice said I had an hour to cancel the order. I tried to cancel the order 15 minutes after order placed. Cannot b done. It's also against the law. Reputable stores allow time. There are No contact numbers, only a Facebook page, and Twitter account. They listed that you cans message them or email them if you need to discuss a problem----email bounced & there is no instant messaging. Rest assured, I will go farther with rectifying this. DO NOT USE ASOS site. Use a reputable US site that you KNOW is REAL I wish I had found these reviews first. Don't b a fool on these types of sites. Dishonest! I recently order what was clearly marked as a sweat short SET! This company only sent the shorts & not the top. I contacted their customer chat service and the person I was chatting with stated that they also saw it as a set and requested the completion of my order. Note the chat person was very helpful. It was what happened afterwards that was shady. She also noted that their manager said the website administrator was going to "work on that page", but that I would recieve an email for the replacement piece. A few days later, I received another email stating that what I ordered was marked as "Part of a Set" rather than my replacement confirmation. They clearly waited until their web administrator updated the page to notify me of this. Fortunately, I had both my order page and web page saved showing it to be a "Set" and that the link they sent me was after they updated it. They clearly do not want to correctly fulfill my order that I paid for. This products page was modified after my chat & order complaint to "part of a set". You can clearly see it was originally shown as a "set".
ASOS is a 100% scam. My wife bought me a pair of sunglasses. Ray-Bans. Received total fakes made in china. No logo. Absolute scam. Gave them a bad review. The review has been removed. Still waiting for the refund. This is a joke. Is there a place or a way to fight them? I am above to bring them to court. Absolute disgrace. Removing legit reviews and sending fakes. Will never order here again. Bought something and recived another size than what i had put in. Returned it and ordered again. Again I recived the wrong sizes. Return labels didn't work, and they came back i my mailbox. This has happened 3 times, and I'm so pissed. When I contact them about it they wont hear me. They were responsible for sending me the wrong sizes so that I had to return in the first place. I also had to pay for the returns. but ofc I should have paid for tracking as well!
