It’s very easy. Simply fill in your details on their sign-up page. They’ll send you a link to the application form so you are able to confirm your membership.

Can you join Points for Surveys if you live outside the United States?
No, unfortunately membership of this online panel is open only to residents of the United States.

How do you qualify for surveys?
Prior to beginning a survey, their member may be asked a maximum of 10 qualifying questions to determine what survey opportunity a member is a good candidate for. Upon completion, the member will be directed to a survey opportunity. Their member may be asked additional qualifying questions at the start of that survey opportunity.

How often will you be asked to take surveys?
They send out survey invitations on a regular basis, but cannot say who or when any member will receive invitations. This is because each survey is customized and based around the research goals for each individual client. Depending on your profile, they may ask you to complete surveys more or less often. For this reason, they ask you to keep your profile as up to date as possible. Please note some firewalls may prevent delivery of their survey invitations.

Why are surveys conducted?
Points for Surveys conducts surveys because businesses, governments, public bodies, and similar organizations are interested in the views and attitudes of the people who use their products and services. The more they know about what customers and citizens think, the easier it is for them to improve and adapt what they supply.

How long does an average survey take to complete?
The number of questions varies from one survey to another. They try to keep surveys as short as possible, although they have to make sure the results are meaningful. In general a survey should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Can they mail the surveys to you or conduct them over the phone?
Unfortunately there is no other way to take part in these online surveys, you need to complete them over the Internet.

Don't Do It!!!!

This jet blue survey for points is BS!!! I fill out my first survey and after I'm at the end it tells me I can't use my device to fill out the surveys. Why don't they tell you up front and not wait until they have all your personal info. My guess I can't use my device is because I answered "none of the above" on the banking part of the survey. Take my advice,
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! It's not worth the measlee points they give you!

SCAM!!!!

I did 15 surveys, some for 30 minutes, and then they say you don't qualify. They already have the info and so why pay you anything? Jet Blue should be ashamed to be a part of this ripoff!
