Awesome for some extra money! Love using along some other apps I’m trying to get into retail merchandising a little more professionally and this is a great stepping stone.
This company has gone from working with an adequate amount of professionalism to wildly unprofessional within two months. They seem to have a high attrition rate of entry level Account managers with clearly no work experience or very little. These account managers seem to care more about completing the job then completing it accurately. And they will stop payments with vindictiveness. There is no accountability or recourse for field reps. There’s no way to contact the company other than someone calling them. They can ignore request out there will.
They have a horrible policy making payments. They Have a difficult time processing payments from their clients and accounts payable to their field reps. Field reps wait an unreasonable amount of time with the lack of consistency in processing payments. Lately, they’ve had a gross negligence of approving field reps work in order for them to process and be paid. Feel reps can wait up to four weeks or more for payment.
It is not a company to stay with beyond some short term needs.
Love it, easy and fun! Can wait to see more of it.

Payment Policy

How much you need to get paid
You need to have $7.50 or more in your Available for Payment balance to request a payment.
You can check your balance by going to the Payment Center in the app. To get there, select the menu button on the top left, and tap Payment Center.

- Available for Payment is your unpaid earnings from visits they have approved.
- Pending Approval is your unpaid earnings from visits they are reviewing.
After you upload a visit, their team reviews the data and photos for accuracy and completeness. The review process takes up to eight (8) business days because their team often reviews thousands of visits every day.
The Kind of Projects they Offer
The most common projects are:
- Audits: Enter data and take photos of our clients’ products and promotions you find in stores
- Merchandising: Set up promotional displays, restock shelves, add stickers to products, and more
- Resets: Remove old products and replace them with new ones during your 4-8 hour shift
- Product Demos: Complete 3-5 hour product demonstrations
- Brand Ambassador: Build brand and product awareness and help store managers place orders
The app shows the available locations, requirements, deadlines, and pay. You get to choose which ones you’d like to do.
How to Get Assigned To Projects
You can find projects by going to the Available section of the app. When you’re interested in a project, open it in the app, choose a store, and select Request.
Their Field Managers review the requests and make the assignments. Because multiple people request each store, you won’t get every one that you request.
Field Managers will also contact you by email, text, and through the app to let you know about available projects.
