I have been a loyal member of The Panel Station since the beginning and recently was advised that:

1. You have been identified as having multiple accounts with The Panel Station
2. Responding to surveys without paying attention to the questions and providing incorrect or inaccurate information
3. As a speedster, rushing through questions without reading them
4. Failing to respond correctly to some of the quality check questions that are often embedded in our surveys
We work rigorously to ensure that we provide quality research to our clients and this is only possible if panellists respond with accurate information.

I have not been given the opportunity to respond (as I do tend to work very fast) or rectify this blanket statement and have now been advised that all the points I have accumulated are no longer due to me.

The Panel Station is rude, presumptious and not customer focused at all. And then they are rude enough to withhold what is rightfully yours after you have spend HOURS doing their surveys.

I am very disappointed and taken aback.

DO NOT JOIN THEM AS YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND NOT RECEIVE THE REWARDS YOU ARE PROMISED IN RETURN FOR YOUR TIME.

They are useless. I never got my voucher I cashed in all my points for. Changed phones so lost my app. Reinstalled the app on my new phone and they blocked me,when I asked why I had been blocked I got a generic email saying I had not been answering surveys correctly and was not allowed back on.
