If approval is given, you’ll get an authorization email with return instructions. You can then proceed to package the unwanted item appropriately, and ship to the return address.
However, it should be said that when you receive an item that is not 100% satisfactory, you don’t have forever to submit the return request or to ship back the item to EricDress. Generally, online stores only accept returns and issue refunds for items that are returned to them within specified time frames.

Another form of the complaint is that even when it’s shown that the item received is “defective” EricDress sometimes bluntly refuse customers’ return request, and other times they try to talk customers out of making the returns. There are records of EricDress refusing a return request saying the product is “not that bad”. Also, many times EricDress will make the customer an offer to keep the item and get some store credit towards a future purchase.
Another form of the EricDress “impossible returns/ refund” complaint relates to the return shipping. The EricDress return shipping address is in China. But the “return policy” page in its website suggests that it has a California return shipping address. This at best is deceptive. Customers find out only too late that they’ll have to ship all the way to China, and this comes with high shipping costs. Also, the wording of the EricDress return policy suggests that the company will be responsible for the return shipping cost for defective items. However, for all the poor quality complaints, the customers were faced with footing the bill to ship back the return package. That said; know that if you have to return any item to EricDress (for any reason) you’ll be paying return shipping fees to China.
The last part of the problem is that even after returning an item to EricDress, getting refunded does not come easy. First, EricDress often says the return package is not received. Sometimes, EricDress just go silent; and other times, even after acknowledging receipt of the return package, the refund still does not come, and the customer is treated to more silence. Whatever the case, you’ll lose not just what you paid for the item but for return shipping.
It should be said that it is this problem with returns and refunds that have given EricDress the scam tag in many online platforms. Despite its numerous quality issues, if customers can easily process returns and be refunded, they’ll be less likely to call the store a scam. But because getting refunded is almost impossible, the customers being out of pocket to have no choice but to shout “SCAM”
