I was disappointed. The shirts I bought shrank in the wash, with every wash, and that can only mean poor quality materials. I have no idea if they’ve improved since.
I was also interested in their bespoke shoes, as I have a relatively small heel for the size of my feet, but sadly they only do custom designs in standard sizes, not what I’d call a bespoke shoe.
They also give very little information on fabrics: I want to know the weave, thread type and gsm at minimum if I don’t have a fabric sample.
There are better online options out there, or try a highstreet tailor; they’re surprisingly reasonable.

have sewn all my life. My husband always wanted a pair of tailored jeans. I took the measurements as instructed. It took a month for the jeans to arrive. $120 after shipping/handling. The fit was so awful he could hardly get them on. The pockets were at his thighs and we couldn't stop laughing as he tried to button them. I sent pictures to the company and they said they would make me another pair using the measurements of a $20 Wrangler Jean for only another $60.
I ordered a pair of jeans after 6 weeks I got them. they were to small and I could not wear them and iTailor would do nothing. When I did the measurements according to there measuring chart I did it to what it asked for which was my exact size. So they were skin tight and I could not get them on. There measurement chart did not say to make then any larger then there chart. Of course they did not fit. I would never order anything from this company ever. They are in Thailand so you can never get any recourse on them. And they told me that they did have in there add that there is no refunds or exchanges. So be aware and don't buy from them. I will only buy American from now on. NO STARS for this company
