Just fashions is a disgrace. NOTHING you buy looks anything like the clothes on the models. They make cheap material clothes that fit like a sack. I ordered some blue pants and a pair of sandals on July 9, 22.
Instead of receiving the elegant pair of light blue pants I saw in th e picture, what I got was very poorly cut pants, very wide at the hips and the bottom, baggy; the fabric was bad quality, and the color blue wasn't even like the blue in the picture! When I put the pants on, they were absolutely grotesque, not fit to wear. The picture I took proves it. As to the sandals, one was missing an ornament, and the size was certainly not a 37, rather a 39 - proven by another picture I took next to a sandal that was a real 37.
When I informed JustFashionNow I wanted a return and my money back, they sent me a return label to some place in China; China was never mentioned before. The cost, to be borne by me, plus possible duty fees, would be prohibitive. The shipping cost I paid to receive the goods was around 5-6 Euros. They offered me a partial reimbursement of 15% first, then 25% when I expressed my disappointment. This is not acceptable.
My rating is zero. I ordered multiple items from this company which did not fit. Although they take returns, they have to be sent to China, with customs costs paid by the buyer. This information was not supplied at the time of purchase. The company offers that you can keep the items instead of retuning and you will receive 35% reimbursement. This is by far the worst online site scam ever! This is by far the worst 140,00 $ CA I ever spent!
I ordered 7 pieces of clothes (long sleeves cardigans, sweatshirts, hoodie) and 1 pillow case.
ALL of the 7 clothes are EXTREMELY cheap. First you think it is low-priced and you feel like buying. Then, you realize nothing that was delivered to you can actually be worn. Not one item is like presented on their website photos- This is horrendous false representation: the cuts are not the same at all/not the same look whatsoever, the materials are such bad quality (the hoodie was literally falling apart as I was pulling it out of the delivery bag) and the colours are faded and not even the same as what you ordered. I didn't know clothes could be such bad quality!
They told me they could reimburse me if I ship back the items to China and the items are in good condition when they verify them. Sounded like a fair deal to pay a little to ship it but be reimbursed the full amount. Foolish I was when Canada Post told me it would cost at least 160,00$ CA to ship it back and probably get it confiscated at the China borders because of Covid. That would make no sense to pay more than I already paid to get it shipped from Canada to China so now I am stuck with it. I resent an email to their customer service and you may guess their response.!

I wish everyone would stop falling for these gimmick ads. All of these types of companies show beautiful fashion clothing pictures and send crappy reproductions made in China. The materials and fabrics are not the same as pictured-ever! The sizes are wonky. You used to be able to tell the companies like this by reading descriptions in their websites...broken English would reveal itself here and there. But now, as stated in another review, they hire someone to write for them. What I usually do is check their "about" page and see where they are located. If they are in China-beware. I have also found that they use hubs in England and Australia. If you don't see information in the "about" section of the site, check their "delivery" or "returns" areas. You can get a clue there. For example, on Just Fashion Now, they are located in England but they specifically state that the return address is different. They don't say what the return address is. Red flag. They are a drop shipper. That is that they market and sell products that ship from somewhere else; usually exclusively China. They are just the middle man. Now I am not saying that you should or shouldn't buy from China, but just know that the items are complete copies of the pictures. Cheaply made. Usually 100% polyester. Or a knitted sweater will probably come as a fleece fabric instead. The items take forever to arrive. They rarely fit and returns??? Forget about it. Just assume the loss. Remember the old adage: You get what you pay for.

They send very polite emails, saying the same thing over and over - return at your expense, need tracking #, and will need to pay customs/taxes. Then they refund? The clothes are misrepresented for the most part - big disappointment.
FALSE ADVERTISING! JustFashionNow is NOT LEGIT. Cheap, imitation, poor quality, poor customer service. I ordered a beautiful shirt and was sent a barely recognizable imitation attempt at the shirt. It was not even close to the item advertised. I contacted them and they said I would have to pay to return it. It costs almost as much to return an item to China as it did to buy the item. Plus, I have no guarantee they will issue the refund so I would be out almost double. I told them I should not have to pay the shipping since the item is not what I ordered, and sent them a photo of the item I ordered vs the item they sent, and they now refuse to respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!
I"ve ordered 4 tops and one set of earrings. I tried to call and ask where my order was and they don't have a phone. They want me to shut down my proxy setting and virus protection. This makes me very suspicious. I hope to god they have no ripped me off because if they did I will contact the Attorney General's office and turn them in. Then I'll go to the better business bureau. This is not my first rodeo ,so they better make good on my order. It's not a threat it's a promise that I will do just that.

I ordered over $100 worth of dresses, etc. ALL the items were extremely POOR quality and nothing what is shown on their site! A midi length dress was FOUR INCHES below my feet and I am an average women's height (5'5). They will not let me post any review for any of the items I purchased from them. Turn cursor into "no smoking" sign circles making it inaccessible to REAL customers to post reviews! BEWARE of purchasing from this store. They are located in Guangzhou, China, and would cost me another $100 in return shipping! Do NOT buy anything from this company! Even the kitchen towels I purchased came very tiny (5 inches x 5 inches) and full of pulls!

Had to reach $100 to get Free Shipping. Shipping time was 30+ Days. Only given 15% "cash" refund for total scam of purchase.
I wish I had read those comments before buying. The dress I ordered came squeezed into a 6"8" envelope and came out a wrinkled mess. Not linen as advertized but cheap polyester, a two sizes too small. Such poor workmanship. I threw it in the trash where it belongs. Not as pictured on their website. Also the reviews posted on the site are so fake.

I ordered 2 shirts. Right off the bat they charged my Pay-Pal account $12.99 for shipping and a second charge for the 2 shirts PLUS another $12.99 for shipping. In other words, I was charged twice for shipping. When I complained they denied it. It took a long time to get here.
The quality of the shirts is very poor, I will not wear them. It is like throwing money into the trash bin. I have placed them into my donation box. Never again. You live and learn.
PayPal can get your money back for you. File a complaint and make sure you include any emails you sent the company showing their lack of response. I had a similar issue with some teeth whitening products and the company would not accept a return of the one that wasn't even opened. I sent photos showing the shrink wrap was still intact. I only received an automated response. I complained to PayPal and sent the email communication I had with them and PayPay returned ALL OF MY MONEY INCLUDING THE SHIPPING. That is why I love PayPal and use them exclusively for online purchases. Fly-by-night merchants, BEWARE!
