ParentSpeak is an online community of parents created by C+R Research, a marketing research company. Like any community, ParentSpeak is a place where parents can connect with other parents like them to discuss anything that comes to mind.

But, ParentSpeak also offers a unique opportunity to share your opinions about different topics through various projects (discussions, polls, surveys, diaries, collages, etc…). Through these projects you can share your opinions, see the opinions of others, and get feedback on the projects from C+R and their clients.

The amount of time you put into ParentSpeak will be up to you, and your participation is voluntary. However, you may receive rewards for sharing your thoughts.

Is ParentSpeak a scam?

ParentSpeak is not a scam but a legit paid survey site. According to our findings, ParentSpeak is a legit site and has been paying for a very long time. It is also free to join unlike scam sites that ask for payment up front. The online problem about ParentSpeak is that they don’t send much surveys to their members but once they do, it usually pay good.

This really depends on how busy they are, but they try to invite you to at least 1 survey and/or project a month. Keep in mind, sometimes they want to hear from moms only or dads only or maybe moms of older kids for one survey and moms of younger kids for another. They know a lot of you want more surveys and they do their best to invite you to projects and surveys designed for you.

How to redeem your rewards in your ParentSpeak account
Once logged in, select the “My Stuff” tab and choose “My Rewards”. Select the “Redeem” option and follow the instructions. Typically, your request will take 2-4 weeks to process.

How you know you got paid after participating in a project? How long does it take to post in your account
If you completed an online survey, your ParentSpeak account will be credited upon completion. If you take part in a different type of online project, the details will be included in your invitation. Typically, your ParentSpeak account will be credited the full incentive within 1-2 weeks of the project closing.

Each month they’ll post the “featured members” on their homepage. If you see your username there, the gift code has been credited to your account and can be accessed by clicking the “My Stuff” tab and then on “My Rewards.”

How long it takes to receive your money after you click redeem
You should receive your check within 4 weeks of requesting it. If it has been longer than 4 weeks, please send them an email with your username and they will look into it.

Are all ParentSpeak surveys rewarded with $1 reward?
Most surveys have a reward of $1. If you qualify for additional questions or a more involved follow-up project, the rewards may increase. Each project is different and their clients like to hear from all kinds of parents, so it’s best to complete every survey you’re invited to, as it may lead to a larger incentive.
