My first and only order indicates they're a scam. Ordered from their Au website for express delivery. Shipped in fact from China with local cutprice courier Fastway. If you can get hold of chat support they just lie constantly.
Ordered a cell phone from them on November 12th, 2020 it was supposed to be shipped by November 24th. It didn't happen. Now they can't provide me with shipping date at all. It is ridiculous because the shipping date keeps moving with the date. If yesterday the item supposed to be shipped by December 18th, today it is December 19th. It means it is never going to be shipped. I called their so called customer service and was told to get a different product or cancel the order. Those sites have ridiculous money return policies. It might take you 45 days to get you money back. They are very happy to get their hands on your money but very reluctant to return them. This site always protects the sellers rights because they get paid by the sellers. They don't want to admit that at the end the money comes from the buyers. And if the buyer is not happy he is not coming back. Now I have a dilemma to wait for my order to be shipped or get my refund and buy it from Amazon where it is going to be more expensive but I am going to be protected if I face a problem.

DO NOT BUY FROM BANGGOOD. I ordered an RC boat from them that came crushed to pieces. I have spent the last twenty days trying to have them honor their own DOA policy to no avail. Been over a month waiting for my order and all the tracking info says is it was shipped nothing more. No where in the transaction did it say I would be waiting this long or I would not have ordered it in the first place. It was a face mask which I could have ordered from Etsy for the same price and gotten it in 3 days. Had there been any thing letting me know i would be waiting months for it on Banggood I would have not ordered in the first place. I contacted them through live chat and demanded a refund but got no where at all. I'm so glad I did not order something expensive from these thieves. As it is I've only lost 7 dollars. I will never order from them again. Items take long to arrive from Ebay too but at least its made very clear how long it will take to get it even before you actually go through with purchasing it. After months of chatting and mailing they still havent sent me my order. They know i didnt get it and still they keep hauling and lying pathologically in the customer chat support. They always say that they will come back on mail within 3-4hours, 1 day or 2 days. After ten contacts they fianlly replaced my order just to have it processed for weeks, when i asked whats taking so long they said it was to ship the next day. Instead they cancelled it a few days after without any further communication. Its become apparentlt obvious that this is not a functional customer service as we are used to in the west. If you order something here you better pray everything goes perfect - my order was insured and that still didnt help one bit even though i proved my case 100%.
I had a promised REFUND from BANGGOOD and they kept banging me not very good, by asking for my PayPal account, and then claimed my PayPal account is not in proper order for refunding me, so I had 2 PayPal agents report that Banged needs to contact PayPal as my account is in good order and this can be resolved between PayPal and Banggood - so after 2 month of this, Banggood said they can refund my BGpay account with them, and they said it will be there in 72 hours, but 2 weeks after when I reminded them the promos, they said they can not refund my BGpay account and that I should give them another PayPal account - so I answered there is no reason to restart the same loop of existing clients in hope we give up on the refund promised.
In fact, my loss of a phone which does not function as a phone, is more then 3 times what they offered as refund, so if I give up, is on placing any more orders with Banggood, and hope it helps you know the risk of dishonesty when an item is not working after you get it from this online retailer.

Well, I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received my order yet.
The support staff via chat seems very robotic at times. I am not 100% that sometimes answers are automated.
For now I regret not having ordered via amazon....

I ordered 3 items to test their abilities before considering selling their products on my own site via their dropship program. One order was ok, one went missing and has never shown up and the third arrived broken and was clearly a customer return that had been bagged up and sent out again.
The worst problem with this company is their lack of customer support. Having alerted them to the problems within 24 hours I just received automated replies. I had to go via paypal to get my money refunded.
If you are considering a dropship partner, stay well clear of banggood.
