BeautifulHalo does not operate retail outlets, so the only way to buy from the store is via the website which is found at www.beautifulhalo.com. The website is available in a host of international languages, and its service is available to anyone over 18 years of age.

Is BeautifulHalo legit

It is a no-brainer that you should use only a legit online store. With so many scammers ripping people off in the internet, except an online store is legit, you run the risk of losing money. That said; the big question here is whether BeautifulHalo is legit.

From the product categories above, it’s clear that BeautifulHalo does not offer the full gamut of fashion products. For example, you’ll not find Activewear, Intimates, Fashion Accessories, Footwear, and more. However, the coverage is relatively wide in the lighting department.

Inventory Size

While a wide product range is important, another important consideration is the inventory size of each product section. For example, it’s not enough that dresses are provided; you’ll not want to find that the section has only two or three styles. With a large inventory of dresses, you’re more likely to find what will appeal to you no matter your style preference. In the same vein, it’s not enough that ceiling lights are provided; you’ll want to find a large collection featuring different designs.

Thankfully, BeautifulHalo does well in this regards. All the product sections (both in the clothing and lighting department) are well stocked, featuring different styles or design as the case may be. For example, at the time of writing this review, the clothing department had 6,343 dresses, 28,609 Tops, 5,711 Bottoms, and 22,577 men’s wears; while the lighting department had 41,629 Home lighting, 7,909 Industrial lightings, 8,838 Modern lighting, 4,595 Tiffany lights, 3,926 Kid’s light, etc

Pricing and Related Policies

Pricing

Shoppers always want the best price possible. No one will want to pay above what is deemed reasonable for any item. Thus, the ideal online store should offer reasonable prices.

In this regards, Beautiful Halo advertises that it is that “trusty friend who will source only the best goods for you, at the same time, ensure the best price”.

Looking at the listings of BeautifulHalo, there was no doubt that it lives up to its “best price” promise. For example, at the time of writing this review, in the clothing department, there were many dress styles priced between $6.10 and $15.00.

In fact, of the over 6,343 dress styles listed in BeautifulHalo only 14 styles were over $50, with the highest-priced dress coming at $76. This low pricing is seen in other product sections of the clothing department such as Tops, Bottoms, etc

The affordable prices of the clothing department also find its way to every product section of the Lighting department, from Home lighting to industrial lighting and everything in between.

Promotions

Searching for the best price takes shoppers to stores that offer a lot of promotions. This is because promotions allow customers to get items for significantly less than the items will normally go for. That said; the ideal online store will run lots of huge promotions regularly.

BeautifulHalo comes out strong in this regards. Getting to the landing page of its website, it had all the markings of a promotions-generous online store. For example: at the time of writing this review, some of the promos that were running included:

  • Happy Christmas Clothing Promo: this promo promised $3 off orders over $39, $6 off orders over $69, and $9 off orders over $99
  • Thanksgiving Promo: this promised extra $5 off orders over $59, an extra $11 off orders over $119
  • End of the Year Lighting Sale: this promised $8 off orders over $100, and $20 off orders over $200
  • There was also a Lighting Clearance that promised up to 70% off prices

Promotions only run for a limited time period. So you’ll need to regularly check the website to know what promotion is running, alternatively, you can submit your email address in registration for email alerts of deals and offers. BeautifulHalo incentivize the email registrations saying that you’ll get a 30% off coupon.

Payment Methods

The convenience that online stores promise should extend to the payment process. That is, you should expect to find a range of banking options with which you can conveniently pay for your orders. Thankfully, BeautifulHalo does relatively well in this regards.

It accepts two kinds of payment methods – PayPal and Western Union. PayPal can be used to buy items by PayPal account, as well as by Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) and Debit Cards (Maestro, Switch, and Solo). You may also pay via eBanking using your regular bank account. With these safe and convenient options, you shouldn’t have a problem with paying for your orders.

Shipping

Delivery Times

After ordering something from an online store, you’ll not want to be waiting for too long before your items will arrive. That said; the ideal legit online store should feature fast delivery.

Delivery time typically consist of order processing time and shipping time. The processing time is how long it takes from when you place the order to when the package ships, while shipping time is how long it takes from when the package ships to when it gets to your shipping address. For fast delivery, both processing time and shipping time should be relatively fast.

With regards to processing time, BeautifulHalo advertises that how long it takes to prepare the order and dispatch it for shipping depends on the items as follows:

  • For Custom-made items: Women shoes take 5 – 7 business days; and Special Occasion Dresses take 12 – 14 business days
  • For Non-Custom-made items: Clothing takes 2 – 4 business days, women’s Shoes take 3 – 5 business days, while Home lighting takes 7 – 9 business days

With regards to shipping time, BeautifulHalo advertises that it is dependent on the shipping method selected, and the country that the order is shipping to. For this, it offers three shipping options that include Super Saver Shipping, Standard Shipping, and Expedited Shipping

  • For Super Saver Shipping: it takes 5 – 15 business days when shipping to the US, Canada, and Mexico; as well as to the UK, Australia and New Zealand
  • For Standard Shipping: It takes 3 – 6 business days when shipping to the US, Canada, and Mexico, as well as to Australia and New Zealand. It takes 3 – 8 years when shipping to the UK
  • For Expedited Shipping: It takes 2 – 4 business days when shipping to the US, Canada, and Mexico; it takes 2 – 5 business days when shipping to Australia and New Zealand; and it takes 3 – 7 business days when shipping to the UK

The advertised processing time and the shipping time of BeautifulHalo are not super-quick; they only fall in the okay range. However, as we’ll find in the complaints section of this review, BeautifulHalo does not live up to even these “just-okay” advertised times.

Shipping Cost

The total cost of an online purchase is an addition to the item’s price and its shipping costs. Thus, for an online purchase to be acceptably priced, not only should the item’s price be acceptable, its shipping cost should be as low as possible.

Shipping cost in BeautifulHalo depends on the chosen shipping methods as follows:

  • Super Saver Shipping cost $2.99 for all orders but is free for orders over $29
  • Standard Shipping cost $6.99 for all orders
  • Expedited Shipping cost $14.99 for all orders

The lowest possible shipping cost is $0.00 which is free shipping. One good thing about the shipping costs of BeautifulHalo is not just that free shipping is offered, but that it is available to all locations served, and that it comes with a relatively low minimum order requirement.

Many online stores offer free shipping to only a few choice destinations, but BeautifulHalo beautifully offers free shipping everywhere. So no matter where you are ordering BeautifulHalo from, you can get free shipping.

Also, the free shipping offer of BeautifulHalo comes with a relatively low minimum order requirement. With orders over just $29, you’ll qualify for free shipping. Know that many competing stores have relatively higher minimum order requirements; some even require that orders are worth three figures to qualify for free shipping.

With the low minimum order requirement of BeautifulHalo, you’ll not feel the subtle pressure to spend more than planned in chase of free shipping.

Returns

There are times when online shoppers receive their item and not be totally satisfied with it. No one will want to be stuck with unwanted items. Thus, the legit online store should allow customers to return any item in their order that is unwanted, and in return get a replacement or a refund.

In this regard, BeautifulHalo is one online store that advertises a return policy. It says that you qualify for a full refund if your item was lost, damaged, or wrongly sent.

Return Process

If there’s anything we’ve come to know about return policies; it is that it is not enough that a retailer allows returns. This is because a difficult “return process” can multiple frustrations when returning an unwanted item. Thus, the ideal online store should have an easy return process.

In this regards, to return any item in your BeautifulHalo order, you’ll have to contact the company and make a request. To do this, you’ll have to log in to your account and find the order that you need help with. Click on the order to open its details; then find and use the “submit a ticket” button to send your request to the Customer Service. Know that BeautifulHalo does not offer a “no questions asked” return policy. So you’ll have to explain your reasons for wanting the return. You’ll also have to upload pictures which clearly show the problem with the item.

BeautifulHalo says that it will review such submissions as soon as it receives them. If your request is approved, you’ll receive an authorization email with the return instruction. You can then package your item appropriately and mail to the return address provided in the return authorization email.

Sounds pretty straightforward? Yes, it does; and it really should except for that big “if” highlighted above. Submitting a return request is definitely pretty easy. The problem is in obtaining approval. Customers’ reviews suggest that getting the return authorization is not as easy as always expected (more on this in the complaints section).

Return Window

Usually, online retailers accept back only items that get back to them within a pre-specified time period (called the return window). So you’ll want the return window to be relatively long so that when you have to return an item, you’ll not be pressed with time and run the risk of your items getting back to the store late and being rejected.

In this regards, BeautifulHalo does not advertise any return window. However, this should not be taken that it has a generous return policy allowing customers to return unwanted items in their order to it at any time. Rather it means that the return policy is suspect.

Eligible Returns

Another thing that made the BeautifulHalo’s return policy suspicious is that return restrictions are not mentioned. It should be said that in every online store, some items are non-returnable. For example, for health/ hygiene reasons, swimwear is generally not eligible for returns. However, BeautifulHalo does not mention any return restriction.

Also, this does not mean that everything bought from the store is returnable. To the contrary, it means that whatever you try to return can be termed non-returnable.

Cost of Returns

Another important to consider is the cost of returning an item to its retailer. Needless to say, you’ll want this to be as low as possible so that you’ll not have unwanted items that you’ll want to return but cannot for the prohibitive cost.

In this regards, BeautifulHalo does not come out shining. Restocking fees which are hated for good reasons are not applicable, but return shipping costs are. For whatever reason you have for making the return, you’ll have to bear return shipping costs. This is a not-good policy because customers shouldn’t be responsible for return shipping when the reason for making the return is a fault of the retailer, such as when the item is received damaged.

Worse still, the return shipping address is in China. This means that the return shipping cost will be on the high side. Know that BeautifulHalo does not state anywhere in its website that its return shipping address is in China. So customers find this out too late when they push to return an item and get refunded, and they are faced with prohibitive costs.

Return Processing and Refunds

Another important consideration when returning an item to its retailer is “when you can expect to be refunded”. This is because after mailing the return package, you’ll not want to be waiting for long periods to be refunded.

In this regards, BeautifulHalo advertises that it processes all returns within 3 – 5 business days after receiving the package, after which it issues the refunds. However, know that you’ll not have the funds in your account immediately. There’s usually a waiting time for your bank to do their thing so that the amount refunded will reflect in your account. BeautifulHalo says that this can take anywhere between 7 and 45 business days.

As you’ll find in the complaints section of this review, the 3 – 5 days advertised for processing returns is not something that BeautifulHalo lives up to.

Customer Support Service

At some point in your journey with an online platform, you’ll need some assistance. This would mean getting answers to questions you may have or helping with resolving issues that you may have with orders, etc. Thus, the ideal online shopping destination should have an effective customer support service for handling customers’ issues.

Online stores provide assistance using a combination of self-help support and contact-help support. BeautifulHalo does well in this regards. The self-help support comes in the form of an FAQ page that can be found in the “Help” section of the website.

The section holds articles that answer many of the questions that customers will have. The support articles are arranged by the following subjects: My Orders FAQs, International Shipping & Delivery FAQs, Weddings & Events Dresses (Made to Order) FAQs, Returns & Refunds FAQs, Payment FAQs, My Account FAQs, How To Pay, and Rewards Points Program.

To directly contact a customer support rep of BeautifulHalo, the company supports an online ticketing service, an email service, and a Live Chat. To submit a ticket, you’ll find the link to use in the “contact us” page of the website. If you need information before you buy, you can send an email directly from your regular email account using the address: sale@beautifulhalo.com or start a Live Chat. The Live Chat feature can also be accessed from the “contact us” page of the website.

You’ll agree that providing contact channels is not enough, but that the company has to have a fast response time. In this regards, BeautifulHalo promises to respond to all tickets and email submissions within one business day. However, as you’ll find below, this is more of an advert-speak.

Complaints

We include the complaints section in all our reviews. This is because what real customers of an online store are saying about it gives valuable insight into whether the store is legit or not. That is; if customers have nothing but complaints about an online store, it could be the red flag that the store is not worthwhile; but if complaints are few, then the online store could just be fine.

That said; for this section, we checked the independent online customers’ reviews section such as Trustpilot, Sitejabber, and ResellerRatings. Sadly, BeautifulHalo is not highly rated on these platforms. For example, at the time of writing this review, in Trustpilot, BeautifulHalo had been reviewed by 1,011 customers and scored 1.3 out of 5; in Sitejabber, it and been reviewed by 496 customers, and it scored 1.3 out of 5; and in ResellerRatings, it had been reviewed by 162 customers, and it scored 2.1 out of 10.

It should be said that a rating of 1 is required to leave a review. That is, the rating scale does not start at zero, but is 1 to 5 or 1 to 10 as the case may be. This means that many of the reviewers were leaving the worst possible rating.

The floored rating of BeautifulHalo means that customers had a lot of complaints about the online store. Difficult as it was to compress all of these complaints; we compressed them to the following themes:

Late delivery

One of the most popular complaints you’ll find about BeautifulHalo is that it takes way longer than expected for customers to receive delivery of their order. For example:

  • Anna in Trustpilot says “Fake company that ships from China”. The review continued “…I ordered a hoodie on the 28th November for XMAS and it said it will be delivered by the 10th Dec. I finally received it on the 8th JANUARY!…”
  • Carm in Trustpilot says “Sam website” The review continued “…I purchased a Christmas gift sweater on December 8th 2019. It is now Jan 6, 2020, and still have not received anything. I have been complaining through emails and tickets. They say there is a tracking number but it still says in China Processing. They refuse to give me my money back as I have asked and they say sorry please be patient it is coming from China…”
  • Toyia Nicole in Trustpilot says “Nothing is beautiful about this company, I didn’t wanna give it any stars” The review continued “I’ve ordered a top going on a month next week, why is it taking so long for my short to get to me? This is ridiculous, to say the least … I need an update as to where my short is, all it keeps saying is ‘shipped’, shipped where?”
  • Zhiming Cui in Trustpilot says “Never again1 more than 30 days and received nothing!” The review continued “Placed order on Dec 2, 2019, and still received nothing by Jan 5, 2020. It has been more than 30 days! The tracking shows that they are still in China!!! Never ever going to use this website again!”
  • WaitinginLimbo is ResellerRatings says “Still Waiting…” The review continued “I ordered a blouse. Beautiful halo said they shipped it and to ‘please wait patiently and be in a relaxed mood’. It’s been a month, I’m still waiting. They haven’t responded to my request for a refund because they insist they sent it. I could [have] walked to Hong Kong to get the blouse quicker than it’s taking them to send it to me. I hope I actually get it before I’m too old to remember I ever bought it”

Having to wait longer than expected is not a pleasant experience; hence the numerous complaints of late-delivery. However, it doesn’t seem that this is only a problem with the slower shipping options (Super Saver Shipping and Standard Shipping). Customers who also stumped up the steep charge for expedited shipping also had the late-delivery complaint. For example:

  • Customer in Trustpilot says “Ordered a Christmas present on 16/12/19; paid £12.09 for expedited delivery – allegedly 3 – 5 working days. Allegedly dispatched finally on 28/12/19. Unable or unwilling to even tell me what courier they used, ‘electronic system hadn’t updated yet’… every query met with ‘item dispatched, be patient’. Raised PayPal dispute, this then led to demands I close the dispute as ‘money is frozen, we cannot do anything until dispute closed’. [I] informed them if the item is dispatched I would close the dispute as soon as I received the item. Now going back to PayPal to get a refund. Avoid this company, I wish I’d read reviews here before I’d even spotted BeautifulHalo…”
  • Loretta Moore in Trustpilot says “… If I can rate this without any stars and put it in the negative I would. I ordered an item 12/20/19 and paid for expedited shipping which said 2 – 5 days and here it is Jan 3rd and I still haven’t received the item. I have reached out to customer service twice and their response was patient. How in the heck more patient can I get? After reading the reviews, I think I won’t like the product anyway. I’m asking for a refund! …”
  • John Mueller in Trustpilot says “Crappy place to shop” The review continued “…Don’t believe it when they say something is in stock and you can pay for expedited shipping. Ordered product for Xmas gift 12/12/19. Paid 2 – 4 [days] expedited shipping on the in-stock item. As of today [Jan 3] still have not received. They will not return expedited shipping fee and can’t track the package on their tracking service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY. They keep saying that since they shipped item on 12/22 they are entitled to the shipping fee. I can add… that’s not 2 – 4 days. Only got a respond when I threatened to go to PayPal…”

The only good thing in these reviews is that most the customers report that eventually, they received their item. However, who’ll want to be waiting for items to arrive “eventually”? Definitely not persons that paid for expedited shipping.

That said, BeautifulHalo has a lot of work to do in improving delivery times. As noted by many of the reviews, often the problem starts with order processing time. Many times customers will be expecting their orders only to find that the order has not shipped. After that, it starts the long journey all the way from China.

Missing Parts

Another complaint that was found here and there, especially amongst customers who purchased lighting products, is that the often received their order and find parts missing (especially bulbs). For example:

  • Winnifred Antoinette in Trustpilot says “Don’t expect to get what you buy, if you get anything at all” The review continued “I purchased a chandelier from Beautiful Halo… when it arrived it was fully unassembled in pieces/ parts (over 100 parts), items stated as included in the product description were missing (25 light bulbs), some parts were damaged with paintwork peeling. Customer service is terrible, have no sense of legitimate trading practices. Misleading and deceptive to the core”
  • Elle Delgado in Trustpilot says “Will never use them again” The review continued “…I purchased a chandelier with lightbulbs. The chandelier arrived 1 month later, bent due to poor packaging. The lightbulbs have not been shipped at all. I didn’t get a refund and the automated answering service on their website directs you to send an email. The response I got was ‘don’t worry, everything will be OK and your shipment will arrive in due time’ UNBELIEVABLE, THE WORST”

Admittedly, this complaint was very few, so it’s safe to say that “missing parts” is not a serious problem as others. However, even when the order is “whole”, customers still find them overwhelmingly unsatisfactory.

Poor Quality Orders

Another popular complaint among customers of BeautifulHalo is that items received feature very poor quality. For example:

  • Anna in Trustpilot continued “…Then to make matters worse, the quality of the hoodies was terrible and looked nothing like the picture, and it wasn’t even a fleece hoodie, just plain material. $40 down the drain! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY”
  • Hannah in Trustpilot says “Don’t buy!” The review continued “As others have said, DON’T order from this company. Items eventually did arrive (late) but the quality was TERRIBLE. Tried to resolve through their customer service team, unsuccessfully”
  • Denise B in Sitejabber says “Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service” the review continued “I ordered what looked like a beautiful ceiling light. It was not only as advertised, but it was also broken. I contacted them immediately and spent 6 weeks going back and forth with the company trying to get me to have them mail me apart to fix what was broken…”

Our comparative analysis reveals that the clothing department had more of this “poor quality” complain than the lighting department.

In fact, the volume and frequency of “poor quality” complaints of clothing orders make it seem like you’re almost always going to receive your clothing order and find it overwhelmingly disappointing. The complaints took every form, from items not being as described, to items being made of poor quality materials, and to items being poorly made.

The main “poor quality” complaint with lighting orders is that the item came broken or scratched. This is something that the company can fix by paying more attention to packaging and handling.

Difficulty with Returns/ Refunds

With many late-delivery and poor-quality complaints, many customers try to pull the plug on their order to get their money back. However, the reviews show that returning BeautifulHalo’s items and getting refunded does not come easy. For example:

As can be seen from the reviews, the “difficulty with returns and refund” problem is in different forms. As mentioned earlier, BeautifulHalo does not offer a “no questions asked” return policy. You’ll have to contact the company and get a return authorization before proceeding with any returns. The evidence shows that the company is not known for easily approving returns, even if it’s clear that the item received is sub-par or damaged. The reviews show that many times BeautifulHalo simply goes silent if refunds are requested. When they do respond (sometimes only after being threatened with a PayPal dispute), they try to talk you out of returning the item by making an offer to keep the item and get a discount towards a future purchase.

Even when the return authorization is obtained, the return address you get is in China, and you’ll be faced with paying monstrous postage fees to ship the item back to China. And even when you do ship back the item, and BeautifulHalo acknowledges receiving it, getting refunded does not come easy. Even customers who had their orders cancelled for out-of-stock items wait everlastingly to get refunded. Thus, difficulty with getting refunded is really a problem plaguing BeautifulHalo.

It should be said that the one reason BeautifulHalo is called a scam in many online platforms is this problem (difficulty with getting refunded). If customers who do not receive their item or those who receive sub-par items can easily process a refund they’ll be less likely to attach the scam label to the retailer. However, where items are not received, or overwhelmingly unsatisfactory items are received, the customer feeling out of pocket will readily throw about the scam label.

In terms of service, BeautifulHalo ships to virtually every country of the world, and offers free shipping to every location served.




However, that’s where the honey loses its taste. BeautifulHalo has a checkered record in terms of delivery time, quality of orders, and ease of returns.

You are very likely to receive your order later than expected. The customer reviews suggest that when the package does come, the excitement will be replaced with frustrations as many packages reveal poor quality items.

Worst still, BeautifulHalo has a “suspect” return policy; and the customers’ reviews show that there’s nothing to love about it. That is, you may find that if your order is disappointing, BeautifulHalo may not approve your return request. If it does, you’ll need to pay top dollar to ship the return package all the way to China; and even after returning the item, getting back your money will be a war.

I am currently trying to return 10 light fittings that are faulty, having blown fuses and light fittings in the house.

To return and get a refund on the over £1000 i spent, i need to ship all 10 from the UK to China, at a cost of £500 and then hope to get my refund.

I basically have to say goodbye to the £1000 and swallow the additional cost to repair all the damage the faulty items have caused.

If you buy from them you can be called the same as me, a mug who didn't read the reviews!!!

If i could give zero stars i would.

I found Beautiful Halo site when soucing new industrial lighting for my house.
After searching the various lights, I decided on 6 single wall lights, 1 x 3 pendant light for Dining Room & 2 x 3 light hanging for kitchen.
I live in Australia, order was placed when covid 19 was causing transport delays. Received all lights in a timely manner, were well packed given the amount of glass & had ability to track delivery at every stage. Communication with company through their online system was excellent. Just about to order a few more external lights.

This company is an out right scam and extremely untrustworthy. I paid for 3 clothing items. They came in 2 parcels at different dates. They sent me a jacket fitted for a child. Their size charts are not for American sizes. They send out very small items. For instance, I ordered a 3x leather jacket when I usually take a 2x. They refused ant returns because the said, using their sizing chart, I ordered the right size. It is a size made for a child. After non stop e-mails with them. They gave me a choice. Send it back to China, which I know I would never hear about it again or keep it and take a 8% refund. I got them up to 10% the 15% and finally 25%. I took the 25% and kept the jacket to sell. The second parcel came with only 1 item and no T Shirt. I asked them and they said, I already got back 25% and would not be getting the T Shirt. I'm still in the middle of going back and forth with them but, I'm pretty sure I won't get the T Shirt. They are deceptive, liars, cons, thieves, and will steal from you knowing there is no way you will send anything back because, it has to be sent to China and you will lose the product and your money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Sadly I am unable to attach the emails where you would see the laughable responses from this company as they refused to give us our money back. They wanted us to pay the shipping back to them for this trash product and the only refund that they would give us would have the original shipping cost deducted. In these photos you will see that the product that I ordered is far different from what I received.

1.) They sent me the wrong color jacket

2.) The jacket is so thin that it is see-through

3.) The stitches were already tearing before I even got it on

4.) The buttonholes are not large enough for the buttons

5.) It does not hug across your chest as it does in the advertisement. Even if the buttons did fit, it would go straight down the middle and you would have additional buttons off to the side unevenly.

It is the most low quality jacket that I have ever received and this company does not care about the quality of their material as long as they make a buck. They probably make most of their money by refusing refunds and insisting the customers pay for the shipping. They thought I was bluffing when I said that I would post this so here's to proving them wrong. DO NOT purchase from them.

Horrible Service & Co.

I ordered a white pendant lamp but got no confirmation email that it was paid for, got no delivery tracking. When I did the online chat I was told that a translation system was being used, therefore, communication was extremely challenging. I was told the item would take 3 weeks to arrive from China, but it took 6 weeks, and no email updates were provided. When I got the item it was the wrong color, it was black and I ordered the white. The online chat person couldn't help me and I was directed to email the company about their mistake. Damn, the first response took 3 weeks, then they would ask me dumb questions about he product (eg, are you sure you ordered white?), and I would respond to then have to wait about 2 more weeks for a response, then another elusive question, and this went on and on, and they asked me to take photos in 2 separate emails, and I did. They said they could not refund me though it was their mistake and that I would have to pay for the return shipping to get the refund. Infuriating. Then I finally asked why can't they send me a correct lamp? They said they would, so 5 weeks later I get a white lamp shade, and only the lamp shade meaning the base was not included, nothing else was included, just the white lamp shade, and they expected me to use the black electric cable and base from the original lamp they sent me. I CANNOT STATE HOW HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS, JUST THE WORSE EVER!!! DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. After showing how furious I was with them they offered me 5% off!!! Really?! Horrible.

Beautiful halo sent me a Down jacket that was thinner than a windbreaker. The service was atrocious. Been fighting to get a refund for weeks. Hell will freeze over before I do business with that scam site ever again.

I bought two ceiling lights they arrived different colours. Customer after service is dreadful expected me at my own cost to return this light to China. Please don’t buy from them let’s put an end to scams from china

Halo kept asking for more pictures & video of why it didnt work, hook it up changing the wires used. Never got my refund,

    I contacted the chat people on the sight and they forwarded an email of which I have sent a very disgruntled message including picture and am now, after reading these reviews not hopeful to get any return or refund.

  • SCAM stay away if you like to keep your money!i have had a horrific experience with the garbage they sent in the first order and the serving set of lights were returned after “ticket was submitted”. They sent order out after I said to forgot the order... lights were sent out AFTER ticket was submitted. I returned items as the first light kept blowing or breaker. Thus i returned items and have received grief rudeness and apathy from their customer service individuals. Keep your money... perhaps put it on fire to get light instead of wasting your money on this terrible company. TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY

  • I ordered a chandelier and have been waiting with batted breath. I paid an additional $100 for standard shipping (15 to 20 days).. I got a notice that it shipped with a tracking #. When I inquire about the tracking number, it says "pending." I finally called FedEx with the tracking #, and they said the company only created a label. It has not be shipped yet. It is now 25 days from when I ordered it. I told them if it has not shipped, I want my money back. This is so disappointing and such a hassle. I wish I had checked out the reviews first.
