I have only recived 1 of my orders and when I try to contact customer service. They did not care and closed my case.
I ordered about 10 times. One time, the skirt was not authentic. The other 3 times the items from the new season at full price came without brand tag and looked used (worn once or twice). Since these items are paid full price, this is not acceptable.
Not a good experience and customer service did not pu any attention to my emails. I will avoid in the future since other serious web sites carry the brands they have.
it's only good until it's very bad. my personal experience is that Farfetch DOES NOT CARE about you as a customer, they are interested in making extra buck on you that's all. I have been their customer for years, this time the DHL delivery service lost my package and the website investigation concluded that no refund will be made, nor replacement.
