I purchased a game key in late November as a gift for a family member. Went to redeem the game but some thief had already redeemed the code in early December and let me stress it was not me!!! CDKEYS told me to contact Microsoft Xbox who confirmed that somebody had redeemed the game in early December. I go back to CDKEYS with this evidence, but they want nothing to do with reimbursing me my money or even being decent enough to give me a new key. I am well angry with CDKEYS and would not recommend you go anywhere near them if you buy a game and its stolen by a hacker in Russia for example and CDKEYS tell you to get lost. CDKEYS ARE A JOKE!!!
I've had nothing but issues with this website.
I purchased FIFA points, £71.99 worth. They have not went onto my account, all proof of that has been sent through to them. They do not care a jot.
They also have a "promotion" for Cdkoins that build up like clubcard points. Biggest difference between the two though is you can actually spend your clubcard points.
In summary, they dont give you the productions you buy and when you complain they tell you there is nothing they can do and their promotions are fake.

Purchased 3x Xbox Gamepass codes from them but could only redeem 1 of 3. Turns out they are selling trial codes which are limited to 1 per account. This is misleading as they don't mention this anywhere on the product page.
CDKeys wouldn't reply to support requests whatsoever. After posting on Trustpilot, they've been in contact through the site and promised a partial refund.
It has been 2 weeks now since they claimed to have issued a partial refund. I have not received anything. So not only was their product page misleading, their "support staff" are straight up frauds. When all goes well they often have great prices but if you ever need support (and you will) they WILL scam you. It's actually quite clever.
So my advice..
