STEP 1: Identifying the correct band size
Tip: Ask a friend to help you for a better result
Place the tape measure just below where your bra sits.
Hold the tape flat around you making sure the tape is straight across the back and level under the bust.
Note your measurements in inches and use the chart below to figure out your band size.
Example: if you measure between 31“ and 32“, your band size is 36.
STEP 2: Identifying the correct cup size
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, do not pull too tight.

STEP 3: Identifying your sister sizes
TIP: The measurement chart gives you a first idea of what size should be the correct one – but it’s not set in stone. Your individual best-fitting size may vary by style and the type of the bra. If you find that you are using the loosest or tightest hook, you might prefer a sister size.
Sister sizes are bra sizes very similar to your starting bra size identified by the guide. They provide the same overall cup volume while giving you more options for the band size.
If the identified cup size fits but the band size seems too tight or you wear you bra at the loosest hook, jump one band size up and one cup size down.
If the identified cup size fits but the band seems too loose or you wear your bra at the tightest possible hook, jump one band size down and one cup size up.
Use the chart below for identifying your sister sizes. From your starting size move one position to the left or right to find your sister sizes.
Example: Your individual bra size is a 36C and your sister sizes are 34D for a tighter band size and 38B for a wider band size.

You will need to include style numbers, colors, sizes, your credit card number and all billing and shipping information. How to return or exchange items by mail
Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 90 days in a new and unused condition and they will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
1) Fill out the Return/Exchange Form at the bottom of your invoice, indicating what you are sending back, the reason why and what you want done (exchange or refund).
2) Return the form with the merchandise you want exchanged/refunded any way that is convenient for you. There is an address label on the top of your invoice that is provided for your convenience. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Each order also includes an easy to use return label for your convenience. There is a charge of $6.95 for the use of this label, which will be deducted from any credit due on your return or, in the event of an exchange, Lascana will charge your credit card $6.95 for the label. The instructions for the use of this label are found on the back of the label.
• You may return the package via UPS or USPS. There is no need to go to the post office or UPS store. You may give the package to your postman or UPS driver or you may drop it in a UPS drop box or USPS mailbox.
• Peel off and place the pre-paid return label on the package. If you are using the original shipping bag or box, be sure to place the return label over your name and address on the package and to obliterate any other addresses and barcodes on the outside of the package.

Terrible Service
They claimed they canceled the order because they couldn't verify my shipping address. It is accurate on my receipt. They never even attempted to charge the card. I called because I was wondering where my clothes were. Terrible service.

I don't get why so much negative energy! Lascana is great. I get complements from people all the time for wearing their clothes. One flower bikini I have is so beautiful. Will shop there again in the future for my next trip. Thank you lascana!!

AAwful product, awful customer service
This company doesn't even deserve one star, I recently made a purchase that contained several items. Everything is very poorly made, the quality of material is very low. This company is the same as VENUS, just markets itself under a different name and charges little more. The return process was idiotic, I was told : " We are unable to guarantee we can accept the return. If you would like to try and send the merchandise back, and it exceeds our return guidelines, it is up to our returns department discretion as to if we can accept the items." RIDICULOUS!!!!! Well they lost me as a customer!

Horrible Customer Service, Everything is on Backorder
I have ordered twice from this company. Both times items were back ordered and I was not informed until after I placed the order. After waiting 2 months for a jacket it came with a defective zipper. I contacted customer service and told them of the situation, asked if they could send me a replacement rush delivery and I would return the defective jacket. was told I can return the jacket and get a refund or replacement. After making a customer wait 2 months the least they could do is send me the replacement rush, I didn't even mind paying and then waiting on the refund. Horrible customer service and they obviously sell items they don't have. Terrible.

One full month and still no refund from Lascana. Account specialist continue to tell me they have refund my bank. No they have not. Called them 7 times ! Every call I’ve made it’s a different excuse. I will be reporting them to the FTC! Had enough No stars for them

Las Ana has nice products but the return service and refund is the worse I’ve ever had to deal with. Returned items via ups . Three weeks later no refund. After calling told there was a computer problem but they did receive my return. Called again still no refund. Three more calls after a partial refund. Then told by account specialists that my bank was credited. Called bank. No credit. Called lascana back and now supposedly will refund in three more days. Lie after lie.
Would never order their products again due to there poor business practices.
