I had a great experience with this company. My swimsuit came in less than 2 weeks, fit well, and is well made. I also love the colour which is aqua, rather than the green that was stated. My only criticism would be that the shorts of the swimsuit are shorter than the ones in the picture. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Delivery was quick however the top I ordered was a very poor copy of the photo. I tried opening an account on their website in order to submit a ticket to request a refund. It kept saying my password was incorrect even though I reset it several times so I got the impression they really wanted the return process to be as difficult as possible! I eventually logged in via Facebook and submitted my ticket. Oddly they want a picture of the item so I uploaded that with the ticket. To be fair they replied very quickly with an offer of a 50% refund and I keep the top. I declined the offer using the “decline” button which proves to me this is their standard practice! Again I got a quick reply offering me an 80% refund and keep the top. I decided to accept as I can use the material for a sewing project so it cost me £6 (still too much for the poor quality but I couldn’t be bothered to pursue further). I used PayPal to buy the top so I was confident that I would get some kind of refund eventually plus it’s worth noting that PayPal has a service that allows you to claim back return postage up to a certain amount so if you do go down the route of returning your item keep the mail receipt! If the company say they didn’t get the return then open a case with PayPal or the debit/credit card company you used to pay for the goods. Oh, and I took screenshots of everything as I updated the ticket just in case! Good luck with your returns and don’t let this company win! I have learned my lesson and won’t order from China again!

I bought two swimsuits online but when I received them after a bit less than a month, I was disappointed by the fact that they did not fit me. They were too big for me. I messaged them through a ticket and they replied offering a 50% refund. They offered an 80 % refund when I insisted on returning the items. I finally decided to take the 80% refund since it would come to the same if I had to ship them back at my own cost. I kept the items but i cannot wear them as they are too big for me. However, the quality is not that bad. I will probably offer them as a gift to somebody.

Well after ordering I decided to check out reviews. Oh oh, really concerned and expected to either not receive items at all or receive rubbish. Quite the opposite, the costumes are very nice, well made, and fit me rather well for a ‘larger’ lady. I didn’t think they were worth the money so asked if I could send back. Got a response within the hour and was offered a 50% discount, which I am very happy with. AND the refund was put through within 15 minutes. So trying to balance these reviews out I would say they are trying their best to address all the negative reviews.

I was worried when I read all the reviews, but I had already placed 2 separate orders for 2 bikinis
All I can say is don’t believe everything you read. I’m based in the UK and the first parcel arrived within a week, the second today after 3 weeks. The quality of the product is just what I expected for a bikini which I paid £20 for and wanted so I could wear something different around the pool every day on my holiday. No idea what others are talking about – although most of the negatives seem to be from customers in the USA.

I checked out Trustpilot reviews of this business after I placed an order (yes, I know: STUPID), as I got a feeling they would be dubious. I always check the “About Us” section of new websites, but it didn’t really tell me anything about them and I could find no address, hence mild alarm bells. The odd English indicated it was a Chinese supplier, so I realised that delivery would belong, and probably returns too difficult, despite what the website claims.
Anyway, in a moment of impulse, I ordered an inexpensive dress and necklace (being sure to pay via PayPal for protection). I received a confirmation email stating that delivery would be between 29 Mar and 12th April. Having read other TrustPilot reviews, I was prepared to write off the inevitable loss.

Long and short is that I received my order 10 days after ordering, on 22nd March, so before expected delivery. The items are both satisfactory for the money paid, and the dress fits well and is not so thin as to be see-through, as I had feared from reading other reviews. All in all a satisfactory transaction, but I won’t be using them again on principle.

Terrible site. Don’t be scammed into buying from them. They have terrible customer service. They ship locally but make you return to China and pay for the return. They don’t reply to your messages. Won’t let you return to the local shipping site that the item was sent from. It took about a month for items to arrive in multiple shipments. Then they offer a refund of 80% for you to keep and not mail back. Who needs an item that doesn’t fit? TOTAL SCAM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They also never send you an official receipt and all you get is the PayPal confirmation.

SO going into this sale and reading the reviews carefully I did already understand that the sizes ran small and the order would ship from Overseas. I am 5’6″ weigh 122lbs, 34B and have an athletic build. I have VS suits that are XS and S however I ordered Medium in all the three bikini’s I choose. Hands down the Material of all three suits were good. I was pleasantly surprised. I did, however, have to alter all 3 of my tops. The medium bottoms Fit perfect! The tops all varied in size. 1 was almost an XL of which I altered the Straps and changed to a Halter, worked Perfect easy fix. The other had to take in the back strap for a tighter fit where the closure was, easy. The other was more cosmetic, the fit was perfect. I think I paid $26 for the entire shipment and I LOVE the suits. Even though I had to Alter, they were good quality suits and I would buy again. The shipping will be long, I work in the trade so I understand importing and exporting can be a guessing game with time. This is not a “2-day Prime shipping” deal! Read reviews of the item carefully before you decide on your purchase. I also didn’t have any problems with customer service. They responded back quickly and very helpful.

Had read some bad reviews after having made a purchase from LinkShe and was a little worried! I actually thought ‘Oh well that’s £20 wasted – Ill never get it’. However, I am glad to say that the item I ordered arrived within the time stated and was of good quality.
LinkShe emailed me to let me know the progress of the order and it arrived on 14th Feb – they had said that it would be here by 1st March at latest so I’m happy with that.
The only issue I would have is that it took three weeks from the order which seems a bit long and that is why I only gave 4 stars.
The swimsuit itself is of good quality and fits well. it cost a little over £20 and as far as I am concerned it is as good as expected for the price.
I ordered it as it is a flattering shape for my less than toned figure (!) and I have not found anything similar in stores here.
I would possibly order again as long as there is no rush!!
Didn’t need to return anything so can’t comment on that.

Bought & nothing fit. Also took clothes 3 weeks to arrive in a giant bag & looked like it had come from China- been thru hell. No tags on items. Probably made in a sweatshop- just st a guess. Directly from China. Had to return everything & ship back to china –OVERSEAS! I had to pay around $40 to return the crappy clothes to get original money back. Took 2-3 weeks to return. Really bad experience!

Linkshe Return Policy

They have high-quality control standard to make sure all the products they ship are in perfect conditions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.

Please log in “My Orders” and submit a ticket, indicate which items you would like to return and the reason for the return. They will help you process a return and refund you for the amount of the items you have selected.

Linkshe will offer a full refund on all items that have been returned. Coupon codes and Linkshe points cannot be refunded as monetary value and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. 

And please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Note, the customers need to pay the return shipping. Linkshe does not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. And please return through your local post office to avoid tax.

What is the RMA number?

It is Return Merchandise Authorization. They will send it with the return address in the return ticket. And when you drop the return package to the post office, you need put it on the return package.

How to return or exchange items

Login to My Orders page and click “Return & Refund” button, then follow the instructions to submit return application. They will help you process a return and refund for the amount of the items you have selected.

 

 

When you will get the refund?

1. The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by their warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.
2. It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your Linkshe wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time.
3. It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.

How to withdraw from your wallet credit

If you want the balance in your store account back to your bank account, please click “Withdraw” button, enter the amount  and submit, our customer service will resolve this issue within 1 working day except weekends and holidays.

Processing time is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave their warehouses. This includes preparing items, performing quality control, and packing for shipment. They will give priority to items marked “Priority Dispatch”, but in orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
