Other complaints are a delay in shipping. RoseGal has different shipping methods which also have different ways of shipping. You may experience a delay in shipping if you do not choose your suitable shipping method. Some are faster while some slower. Once again RoseGal has delivered the goods, this time I purchased some Wall Stickers from their vast range to brighten up the Sitting room and the result is amazing. The website is easy to navigate through and I found 2 decals that nearly matched perfectly to get the outcome I was aiming for. I also ordered some as presents for grandkids, the range has something to suit Baby nursery, little kids, teenagers, Man Cave and every room in the house. They are easy to apply, remove and change when needed. The processing and shipping were done to the expected time frame by the very competent staff. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

Supper! Love the shop!! This is the best place to buy clothes!! I have all my life suffered a problem, that I can’t buy stylish clothes because I’m “little a bit ” bigger, but thanks to Rosegal, this problem is resolved!! Thank you so so much!! I really like Rosegal- this is a great source for plus-sized clothing that’s cute, and doesn’t break the bank. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on the tops and pants I’ve bought, and I’ve also bought electronics and home goods from them- all of it’s been great. Only ever had a problem with one order, and their customer service got to me right away, and sent a new item, free of charge- can’t complain! They’re a great place to shop. I would recommend them to anyone for fun, inexpensive shopping.

I was surprised that the shipping did not take as long as expected, there thankfully weren’t any custom charges and the quality was as expected. It is cheap material, hence the price but comparable to H&M or Old Navy! The spandex on the distressed leggings I purchased had no support and it was thin but I was still able to make it work. The Queen of the World t-shirt with the rose on the front was as expected, definitely size up on that shirt, the rose is vibrant and the shirt does look as cool as it does in the picture. Do be aware that the rose applique lifts a bit for the 3d effect but thankfully does not flop over awkwardly. It was by far my favourite item out of the handful I ordered. I ordered a grey t-shirt with a lace racer back, I had to order a size up for their t-shirts and after it was washed it started to pillow slightly. No surprise there either! I will be washing it in the gentle cycle moving forward. I also ordered a shiny rayon top with slits in the front and sleeve. Unfortunately, I did not realize it was the shiny type of polyester with spandex material but it is what it is. I will say that shirt was true to size, I ordered a 1x in that shirt and an 18 in the cotton t-shirt as I wanted a looser fit, although the 16 also fit but fitted. My advice is clearly to pay attention to the material specifications when provided and size up just to be on the safe side, as returning is likely virtually impossible although I didn’t even bother attempting to return the tacky shiny polyester top! Having said all of that, I’d say I am still likely to order again from this company. Good Luck!

Rosegal is my favourite shopping site. I dislike clothes shopping in the mall because I go in there and usually don’t find anything I want to buy or if I do it is more than I want to spend. I have to go into speciality stores because I am a big gal with a large bust size so it is hard to find shirts that fit me just right. Rosegal is the best of both worlds for me. They have so many options which are awesome. Some items come in different colours which is neat. The site itself is very easy to use. The app is also easy to navigate through. If I have an issue they are so willing to make it right. The prices are reasonable as well.

I have ordered from Rosegal and they are using DHL for deliveries (something that is not mentioned on their website, because I would have not ordered in the first place if I had known this). Namely, DHL is charging an extra handling fee here in Finland. This fee has nothing to do with customs or taxes, but it is just something DHL makes the customer pay if s/he wants to get her/his package. I have been telling this to Rosegal several times, but it seems to be really hard for them to understand since they just keep on insisting that the fee is tax-related. Really frustrating! This is also the reason, why they won’t refund me for the returned delivery. They think that the delivery is returned because of the unpaid taxes and since they have informed about the tax issue on their pages, they do not have to refund me. I am not recommending this webshop to anyone!

I like Rosegal it has a very variety of plus size clothing. Not like other sites that do not have great clothing. The quality is not bad, u just have to check very carefully the image be obviously have a different style of clothing. And of course, u can’t expect that the clothes will be look in ur body same like the model. For me all the clothes I bought already are great. Thanks.

I placed an order at Rose Gal on Dec 15th 2017, probably the busiest time of the year for online purchase. I didn’t receive the package as Rose Gal predicted, I contacted Rose Gal and was told with an extended waiting due date because it was the high peak season. I was not happy with it but understood the reason. By the end of that waiting period, I still didn’t receive the package, I contacted Rose Gal and got a refund very easily. A tax ID number is required from their Argentinian customers who select expedited shipping during the check-out. Delivered

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Rosegal assures that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. They highly recommend that customers purchase a tracking number and shipping insurance during the check out for peace of mind when waiting for their package.

Tax

Kindly note that all packages are shipped from Rosegal Warehouses. Their items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and the shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.

Warranty and Returns

Returnable Items:

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below: 1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. 2. Items received in the incorrect size/colour. 3. Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving. Contact their Support Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to Rosegal within 3 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

Rosegal will not accept returns in the following conditions: 1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame. 2. Washed, worn, used or misused items. 3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie, Earrings are not covered by the warranty. Notes: All returns must be authorized by the Rosegal Team via the Support Center. Returned item without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

Returns Process & Time-Frame

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in their Support Center stating your: Order number SKU number or product name Reason for return 2. Their customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with their return address. 3. Please return the item according to Rosegal instructions on the RMA form and send them return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt. 4. Once they have received the returned item(s), they will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days. Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for their after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below: For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.
